USA Vet Law was established to work on behalf of Veterans and their families and focuses solely on veteran related issues, including disability appeals. Founder Wendy Arbuckle is the 25 year and counting spouse of a veteran and is a VA-accredited attorney. Admitted to the South Carolina bar in 2008, she is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims.
My sole purpose for becoming a lawyer was to help people. Earlier experiences practicing law did not satisfy that desire, so I’ve spent many years researching fields where my life experiences can positively impact others needing legal service.
Veterans as a group face a number of legal challenges and deserve the high level of expertise and service my firm provides. Practicing veterans’ law is my way of supporting those who spent years defending our great country and ensuring I have the freedom to live the life I do. This is my way of saying thank you.
